ESL has been accepted onto both the Oracle and Intel Dialogic Partnership Programmes, enabling the company to make its software accessible to a wider base of users.
Joining the Oracle programme at the first stage coincides with ESL’s introduction of Oracle support within its EventMan™ system and will enable ESL to develop database independent solutions. Clients are now demanding a broader range of database platform support and increasingly this includes Oracle.
ESL achieved its status as an Intel Dialogic partner as a result of basing its CallMan™ CTI solution on Intel Dialogic technology. The partnership provides ESL with customer engineering support, CT training and certification and co-operative marketing opportunities.
These two new agreements, combined with ESL’s existing status as a Microsoft Certified Partner, and its ISO 9002 Certification, provide ESL with influential endorsement and a strong profile in the competitive software development market.
